The Diasparx Guide
Pendant Care & Styling
A pendant is meant to be worn, layered, and passed down. A little care keeps its brilliance intact for every occasion to come.
Choosing the right chain length
Most Diasparx pendants arrive on an 18-inch cable chain, sitting just at the collarbone. For a lower, more dramatic drape, we recommend 20 to 22 inches; for layering beneath a shorter choker-style piece, 16 inches sits highest. Every chain can be adjusted at any Diasparx boutique.
Layering multiple pendants
Vary chain lengths by at least an inch between pieces to avoid tangling, and mix scale - pair a larger solitaire pendant with a finer, more delicate chain to let each piece read clearly against the skin.
Caring for gold and platinum settings
Store each pendant separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratching. Remove before swimming, exercising, or applying lotion and perfume, as chemicals can dull the metal's finish over time. Clean gently with a lint-free cloth after wear.
Cleaning diamonds and gemstones
Soak briefly in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap, then use a soft-bristled brush to reach behind the setting. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners on pendants set with softer or treated gemstones.
Shipping, returns and resizing
Every pendant ships insured in signature Diasparx packaging. Unworn pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Chain length adjustments and clasp repairs are complimentary for the lifetime of the piece at any Diasparx boutique.
